Financial Aid Checklist
Complete the FAFSA each year as soon after January 1 as possible. Our federal school code number is 010923.
Notify our office of your receipt of any private scholarships, employer tuition benefits, Veterans benefits or other private financial aid resources you will receive while you attend Union Institute & University using the Scholarship/Benefits Reporting form.
If you accept a federal student loan award and are a first-time borrower at Union Institute & University, you must complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN) and loan entrance counseling session.
Contact our office if you plan to change your enrollment status (drop or add classes, withdraw, take a leave of absence, etc.) to determine the impact on your financial aid awards.
Respond to requests from our office for documentation or information as quickly as possible.
If you are interested in participating in and securing a part-time job under the Federal Work-Study program, please contact our office.
